Well, it's good to know some people are capable of keeping any sort of schedule after all. I was beginning to think that some of the North had forgotten their manners in the first place. But if you have left as promised, Lord Hasten, well, perhaps I can forgive some of your long history of oversights. Certainly, Lady Isanae must be pleased to hear that this long period of delay is at an end.

I know that all of Emeron is already prepared, as it has been for some time. Now that some long-shirked responsibilities have been taken up again, perhaps things can go back to how they ought be.
