Hmph, now, isn't this better? It will be much more pleasant to have a Spring Fair celebration where no one is needlessly making a spectacle of themselves. I'm sure all of the city can certainly agree on that count. And to think, I was so worried that this nonsense would never draw to a close.

Hopefully everyone is looking forward to the celebrations. I've been assured they will be quite spectacular, but then, we never do disappoint in Emeron.
